The largest percentage cut: 24418 Gleneagles, now $43,000 after a 36.8% reduction from $68,000. The biggest dollar cut went to 98 Lakeside. $70,000 off the original ask.
Most of the cuts came from the mid-market, where buyers have been waiting out high asks.
